Exploration of Happiness

"Why is easy so hard?"

Happiness is a part of who we are. Happiness does not need to be chased. It only needs to be uncovered and released. It is a part of you. This self help series looks at elements necessary to uncover happiness.

Being Happy is not hard to discover or maintain. It seems hard, because our vision of happiness has been distorted. I am so sorry but this country’s Founding Fathers were wrong. There is no “pursuit of happiness.” You do not have to chase a part of your emotional make up. You may have to rediscover happiness, but you do not have to chase it.

This does not mean that you cannot pursue dreams and ambitions. It means that your dreams and goals are in the proper perspective.

Food for thought: Dreams and Goals are fleeting. When Dreams and Goals are used to achieve happiness, this happiness is not natural and is short lived. Once the novelty is worn, you have to find something else to fill the void and emptiness.

“Those who are fueled by happiness enjoy the journey as well as the accomplishment of the goal.”
